Charles Baudelaire

The cry of our feelings is always absurd; but it is sublime, because it is absurd.

Le cri du sentiment est toujours absurde ; mais il est sublime, parce qu’il est absurde.

  1. What does this quote mean? I’ve been trying to find the meaning all afternoon. Help me please .

I got it in a chocolate wrapper, I translated it to English and found your website but I can only see the quote you put up on your WordPress . It doesn’t go into the quote ? I wanna pick it apart but it truly confuses me .

Hope you have an idea what he means . I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Tell me what you think! :)
